We want you and your baby to love our magnetic essentials, so we offer easy returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
